The UCC stands for the Uniform Commercial Code, it is a such kind of model statute which accepted by every state of the United States. This statute mainly focused on the disputes relating to the contract, which includes the sale of goods also (Miller & Hollowell, 2018). Article 2 of this statute is deals with the sale of goods, other articles of this act deal with other forms of transactions (Miller & Hollowell, 2018). The sale of goods means alienating the right and liability of any goods to other persons, more specifically transferring the ownership from one person to another.
